David Vinge

David Vinge is currently serving as a Chief of Naval Operations Nuclear Weapons Policy Analyst at the US Navy, where they developed data-driven policy recommendations and designed strategies for weapon system deployment. Previously, they held the position of Nuclear Submarine Officer at the US Navy. David earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania and served as a Research Assistant during their time there. They also completed training at the Nuclear Power School - Naval Nuclear Power Training Command.
