Grant Morris

Grant Morris, PE, is currently the Utilities Director for Public Works BL at NAVFAC Atlantic with the US Navy. They have extensive experience in civil engineering, having served as a Civil Engineer Corps Officer from 1986 to 2013 and held various leadership roles, including Public Works Energy Director at NAVFAC Atlantic from 2018 to 2021. Grant earned multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering and Management from Oklahoma State University.
