Kent Laborde

Kent Laborde is a seasoned Public Affairs Officer currently serving at the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff. They have previously held positions such as Public Affairs Officer with U.S. Forces Japan and the U.S. European Command, as well as roles within the NOAA, including Climate Policy Lead and Acting Chief of Staff. Additionally, they have experience as a Foreign Affairs Officer at the National Marine Fisheries Service and have contributed to defense planning as an Action Officer/Strategist at the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Kent is also pursuing a Master of Arts in Public Policy at the University of Maryland School of Public Policy.
