Mark Gruber

Mark Gruber is a seasoned Small Arms Range Program Manager at the Navy Installations Command in Washington Navy Yard, DC. They served as a Naval Officer from 1982 to 2006, gaining extensive experience in engineering and combat systems through various shipboard and shore-based assignments, including eight deployments to the western Pacific. Following their military career, Mark worked as a Project Manager at InnovaSystems International, LLC from 2006 to 2007, leading the CV-SHARP training and readiness application for US Navy aircraft carriers. Mark holds a BA in English from Lakeland University, an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and a DBA in Strategic Management from Alliant International University.
