Mason Harrell

Mason Harrell, MD, is a seasoned medical professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within healthcare and occupational health sectors. As co-founder of Sequoia Port since February 2017, Mason has developed a SaaS platform aimed at improving medical record review processes. Mason also co-founded IDefine in January 2020, focusing on treatments for rare genetic disorders, specifically Kleefstra Syndrome. In addition, Mason serves as Medical Director at Satellite Healthcare and Wellness Solutions, where responsibilities include employee health management and occupational medicine services for first responders. Mason's military experience includes serving as a Medical Director and Flight Surgeon with the US Navy. Previously, Mason held significant roles such as Chief Medical Officer at WorkCare, Inc., and an Occupational Health intern with the World Health Organization. Mason's academic background includes advanced degrees from Harvard University and the Uniformed Services University.
