Matt Shipman is a highly skilled Military Deputy Director with a distinguished background as a Naval Aerospace and Operational Physiologist and Research Scientist for the United States Navy. With extensive expertise in aeromedical safety and operational readiness, they pioneered the integration of the Reduced Oxygen Breathing Device into the F-35 Simulator and led critical research projects that enhanced human factors analysis in military operations. Matt has directed teams at various levels, ensuring the implementation of safety protocols and operational training for both air and ground forces, while also engaging in comprehensive academic pursuits, including a Ph.D. in Biochemistry.
