Michael Cummings

Michael Cummings is the Executive Director of the Submarine Learning Center and serves as the Executive Director at the US Navy as of 2024. They previously held roles such as NAVSEA 07TR Combat Systems APM and Research Psychologist at the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division. Michael coordinated extensive training programs for the US Navy's submarine service and led initiatives in training analysis and curriculum development at Naval Education and Training Command. They earned multiple degrees, including a Master's in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University and a Master's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven.
