Mike Kirkpatrick

Mike Kirkpatrick possesses extensive experience in information systems and technology, currently serving at NCTAMS LANT DET Jacksonville since December 2023. With a career spanning from May 1995 to the present in the US Navy, Mike has held various leadership roles, including Senior Chief Information Systems Technician and several Leading Chief Petty Officer positions on multiple naval vessels, such as the USS Ronald Reagan and USS John S. McCain. Responsibilities have included managing the Navy's global satellite telecommunications systems, cyber security infrastructure, and overseeing critical communication networks. Mike's educational background includes a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from American InterContinental University, enhancing a robust skill set in managing complex IT environments and supporting personnel training and administrative operations within the Navy.
