Nathan Rowan is a Captain in the US Navy with extensive experience in capability development and leadership within the Joint Force. Previously, they served as the Land, Sea Nuclear Branch Chief at The Joint Staff and held various leadership roles, including Commodore of COMDESRON 28, where they directed surface combatants in warfare operations. Nathan holds a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from the University of North Florida and is currently pursuing JPME II at the National Defense University.
