COMSUBPAC N5/N8 Strategy, Plans and Policy, Warfare Resources and Requirements

Norman Moore had a distinguished career in the US Navy, serving from 1982 to 2012 and retiring as a Captain. During their tenure, they held multiple leadership roles, including Commanding Officer of the USS Columbus SSN-762 and Director of Operations at COMSUBGRU SEVEN. Norman also contributed significant strategic development as a part of COMSUBPAC's N5/N8 team, focusing on aligning military operations with national objectives. Academically, they earned a Master of Science in Financial Management from the United States Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Organic Chemistry from the University of Maryland College Park.
