Tamara Graham

Tamara Graham is an impact-driven leader and Navy veteran who has held significant roles in naval operations and education. From 2011 to 2013, they served as the Commanding Officer of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 4, and from 2016 to 2019, they were the Chief of Staff/Vice President at the U.S. Naval War College. Tamara has also contributed as the Force Requirements Director and Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Commander Naval Air Forces. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Biology at the University of Virginia, following the completion of a Master's degree in National Security Studies at the Naval War College in 2008.
