William Corley served in the U.S. Navy for over 21 years, holding diverse roles in HR management, policy development, project management, and data science. Currently, they are the Deputy Director of Personnel Systems Management (OPNAV N16), where they lead initiatives for the Navy’s next-generation personnel and pay system and work on digital transformation projects. Previously, Corley held positions such as Deputy Branch Head for Enlisted Force Plans and Policy and Director of Human Resources & Enterprise Support. They completed their master's program requirements at the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy in 2024.
