Zeena Smith

Zeena Smith is a Deputy Budget Officer with extensive experience in military budget management, auditing, internal control, and financial management. Zeena previously served as an Accountant for the U.S. Coast Guard and a Staff Accountant for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, managing compliance and cost-shared projects. Earlier roles included Chief of the Internal Review and Audit Compliance Office and Resource Management Officer for the United States Army Reserve. Zeena holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Winthrop University and multiple advanced degrees in Accounting, including an MBA.
