Marcie Matthews

Marcie joins US PAC with wealth of executive experience in corporate operations, mergers and acquisitions, and clinical practice management. She is responsible for the growth and development of US PAC operations on a national basis. An expert in negotiation and communication with clinical practices, Marcie is building a business platform that empowers post-acute clinicians to bring added quality to their patients with better value for the facilities they serve.

Prior to joining US PAC, Marcie was Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions for Riverchase Dermatology, where she was responsible for managing the company’s external growth strategy. From 2006 to 2017, Marcie was Vice President of Corporate Development for IPC Healthcare, where she was instrumental in building the largest post-acute clinical practice group in the US. Formerly, Marcie was Vice President at InteliStaf Healthcare from 1993 to 2006 where she managed operations, talent acquisition and business development for their travel nursing division.
