Laura Johnston is an experienced compliance auditor at US Radiology Specialists since January 2022. Prior to this role, Laura served as the medical billing manager at Associated Radiologists Billing Services, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing the operations of a radiology business office and ensuring timely claim submission. Laura also held the position of credentialing and payer relations specialist, credentialing radiologists with various payers and setting up billing software for diverse billing structures. Before joining ARBSI, Laura worked as a governmental billing and follow-up specialist at Appalachian Regional Healthcare System, focusing on claims follow-up and denial resolution. Laura holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration and Management, graduating Cum Laude from Appalachian State University.
