Matt McLees has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Matt started their career at John Hancock Financial Services as a Sr. Product Sales Rep, where they achieved impressive sales results and received multiple awards. Matt then moved on to establish their own business as the owner and sales director of McLees Planning Group, specializing in comprehensive financial planning for physicians. Following that, Matt joined Ricoh Americas Corporation as a Territory Sales Rep, excelling in B2B sales of copiers, software, and digital solutions. Matt then transitioned to Horizon, where they held various roles such as Specialty Territory Manager, Regional Sales Training Manager, and Specialty District Manager, leading and coaching a team of representatives across multiple states. Currently, they are working as a Regional Sales Director at US Radiology Specialists.
