Amy Gross-Kehoe

Amy Gross-Kehoe is an experienced sailing program director and educator with a diverse background in coaching, event management, and public relations. Currently serving as the Director of the New Bedford Yacht Club Foundation Sailing School since December 2019, Amy plans and executes children's sailing programs and coaches sailors of various skill levels. Previous roles include managing a summer sailing program for a large private club, working as a coach trainer for Positive Coaching Alliance, and holding multiple positions within US SAILING, including Agenda Coordinator and Youth Council Chair. With extensive experience in educational settings, Amy has also contributed as a substitute teacher in Falmouth Public Schools and previously served as Head Sailing Coach at Northwestern University. As President of Race One / Gross Consulting & Publicity, Amy has managed public relations and media coverage for major sailing events, while also working in the insurance industry with New York Life. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and Youth Psychology from Eckerd College.
