Ocie Stroud-Melvin

Ocie Stroud-Melvin, MBA, currently serves as a Financial Management Analyst for the U.S. Secret Service in the Vice Presidential Protection Division, having also held the position of Admin Officer in the Office of Professional Responsibility. Prior experience includes Assistant Executive Director of Administration/Finance at The Tulsa Initiative, Inc., where responsibilities focused on day-to-day operations and Board liaison duties. Ocie has significant experience in administrative roles, including as Administrative Officer for the U.S. Army CECOM, providing guidance to senior leaders, and as an Inventory Management Specialist. Additional roles include Adjunct Faculty at Harford Community College, Career Employment Services Consultant with the North Carolina Department of Commerce, and customer service management at Food Lion. Ocie holds an MBA from DeVry University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Fayetteville State University.
