Shane Domer is a seasoned professional in strength and conditioning, currently serving as the High Performance Director at US Speedskating since September 2007, where integration of the High Performance Program and collaboration with national team program directors are key responsibilities. Prior roles include Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at US Speedskating, Director of Athletic Development at The Optimal Athlete, and Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach/Education Program Coordinator at the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Shane Domer has also contributed to the athletic development of NCAA Division I and professional athletes at the University of Georgia and has experience as a Performance Enhancement Advisor and Karate Instructor with the American Bushido Karate Association. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Health Science from Kennesaw State University.
