Pooja Rani

Pooja Rani has had several years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Pooja started their career as a Technical Recruiter at Best Infosystems Ltd. in 2017 and then moved on to E-Solutions in 2018, where they continued working as a Technical Recruiter. From 2021 to 2022, Pooja worked as a Sr. Talent Acquisition at Nityo Infotech, handling both contractual positions and being responsible for the recruitment life cycle. In 2022, they joined US Tech Solutions as a Lead Technical Recruiter, working with various IT and non-IT clients. In 2022, Pooja joined Emonics LLC as a Team Lead, managing and mentoring a recruiting staff. Most recently, they have been working at US Tech Solutions as a Lead Recruiter, recruiting top IT talent and matching their career goals with the hiring needs of the clients.

Pooja Rani completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Art/Art Studies, English Language and Literature General from Kurukshetra University in the 2010-2013 academic years. Prior to that, they completed their 12th grade education in English Language and Literature General from Sugni Devi Arya Girls Sr. Sec. School in the 2008-2010 academic years. Pooja also completed their 10th grade education from Unique Shikaha Niketan in the 2007-2008 academic year. Pooja Rani has also obtained additional certifications in Team Leadership and Team Management, Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment, and Learning LinkedIn Recruiter from Great Learning and LinkedIn in 2023.
