Theepika Devaraj has extensive experience in various roles within the IT industry. Theepika is currently the Global Lead for IT Services & Strategy at US Tech Solutions, where they focus on building and growing businesses, implementing effective marketing strategies, and enhancing brand visibility. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager for Solution Defense & Architecture at Sutherland and as a Manager for Intelligent Process Automation at Cognizant. Theepika also served as a Deputy Manager for Digital Operations and Platform at Wipro Limited, leading enterprise transformation initiatives and developing customized solutions for clients. Additionally, they worked in Business Development for Digital Transformation at Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd, where they managed bid pursuits, marketing activities, and analyst interactions. Theepika'searlier experience includes working as a Marketing Manager at KrypC, where they focused on sales enablement, product design, and market intelligence.

Theepika Devaraj has a Master's Degree in Management of Information Services from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York, obtained from 2011 to 2013. Theepika also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Specialized Sales and Marketing Operations from Amrita School of Business - Bangalore, obtained during the same period. Prior to their master's degrees, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Instrumentation from Anna University from 2007 to 2011. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Task Mining and RPA Citizen Developer from UiPath, and Automation Pro I & II from Workato, all obtained in 2022.
