Mark Naggar, CPSM, CPSD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT investment and acquisition management. Currently serving as Technical Investment Manager at the US Technology Modernization Fund since April 2022, Mark previously held key roles at GSA and the US Department of Health and Human Services, where significant achievements include negotiating multi-million dollar agreements and leading initiatives to drive innovation and efficiency within federal agencies. Mark co-founded the HHS Buyers Club to tackle challenges in large-scale IT project failures and played a pivotal role in developing the Federal-wide Buyers Club, fostering collaboration among federal agencies.
