Erica DePalma is an experienced program manager in the water resource sector, currently serving at the US Water Alliance since September 2022. Previously, Erica held roles at The Water Center at Penn, including Senior Water Systems Program Manager and Research Program Coordinator, from March 2018 to October 2022. In early 2017, Erica contributed as a Fluvial Geomorphology Research Assistant at the New York City Department of Environmental Protection, focusing on sediment studies and stream channel assessments. Earlier experience includes participation in conservation projects as a Natural Resource Stewardship Crew Member with the Student Conservation Association and campaign management for The Nature Conservancy with Grassroots Campaigns. Erica holds a Master of Science in Applied Geosciences from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Fordham University.
