Della Waters, M.S., SHRM-SCP, has an extensive background in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development at U.S. Xpress, Inc. since March 2019. Waters has progressed through various roles within the company, including Organizational Development Manager and Sr. Organizational Development Specialist, demonstrating a strong commitment to talent development and acquisition. Prior experience includes a role as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at VELUX, where responsibilities included managing communications and supporting HR initiatives.
