Jordan Connally has a diverse work experience, starting with Blockbuster in 2008 as a Sales Manager. In 2012, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Mens Wearhouse. From 2013 to 2014, they were an Apprentice Plumber & Tile at Absolute Plumbing. Jordan then joined U.S. Xpress, Inc. in 2014, where they held various roles including Fleet Manager, Regional Customer Service Representative, National Account Customer Service Representative, and Load Planner. In 2021, they joined Variant as an Operational Specialist and later became an Operations Manager. Currently, they are working at U.S. Xpress, Inc. as a Customer Experience Manager and will be transitioning to the role of an Account Management Lead in June 2023.

Jordan Connally completed their high school education from Soddy Daisy High School between the years 2004 and 2008, with a focus on High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. They then attended East Tennessee State University from 2008 to 2012, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology and Legal Studies.
