Rhonda Germann

Rhonda Germann has extensive experience in the transportation and real estate industries. Currently serving as the Driver Onboarding Manager and Safety Trainer at US Xpress since August 2005, Rhonda provides safety skills training and develops instructional materials for employees. Prior to this role, Rhonda was a Safety Trainer at Variant from March 2018 to July 2022 and worked as a Senior Driver Development Specialist. Rhonda also holds experience as a Real Estate Agent with St. Ives Realty, Inc. from January 2017 to March 2018. Rhonda's educational background includes studies at Georgia Northwestern Technical College (1989-1991), completion of the TREES TN Real Estate Educational system (2017-2018), and graduation from Calhoun High School (1981-1985).
