Tom Condone

Tom Condone is a seasoned professional in the field of soccer administration and coaching, currently serving as the Chief Soccer Officer for US Youth Soccer since November 2017. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Executive Director at the Alabama Youth Soccer Association from December 2012 to November 2017 and was the Technical Director for the Tennessee State Soccer Association from January 2006 to November 2012. Tom also boasts extensive coaching experience, having led women's and men's soccer teams at various institutions including Tennessee Wesleyan University, Rutgers University - Newark, and Spring Hill College. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Athletic Coaching from Florida State University, a Master of Arts in Liberal Arts from Spring Hill College, and a Bachelor of Arts in History-Political Science from Monmouth University.
