Richard Fleming

Richard Fleming has a diverse work experience in the field of communications, broadcasting, and sports. Richard most recently held the position of Senior Director of Communications and Marketing at USA Archery starting from February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Sports Broadcaster and Content Creator, as well as the Director of Video Production at Colorado Home Realty from May 2021 to February 2023.

From 2019 to 2022, Richard worked at Kroenke Sports Enterprises - Media Ventures, where they served as the Digital Director and TV Play-by-Play commentator for Altitude Sports & Entertainment. During their time there, they were responsible for overseeing the network's digital content creation and engagement.

Before their role at Kroenke Sports Enterprises, Richard held various positions in broadcasting and reporting. Richard was the Senior Director of Broadcasting and TV host/commentator for the Colorado Rapids from March 2013 to December 2018, where they improved the quality of video and web content for the MLS club.
