Michael Schwab

Michael Schwab, MBA, currently serves as the Executive Director (Volunteer) for USA Cares, Inc., where the mission focuses on providing financial assistance and training for post 9/11 military veterans and their families. Prior to this role, Schwab has held significant positions at Bank of America since July 2018, including Vice President, Product Consultant, and Assistant Vice President in the Academy for Consumer and Small Business. With a distinguished military career in the US Army from 1999 to 2018, Schwab progressed through various leadership roles, culminating as National Senior Sales Manager. Schwab holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Columbia Southern University and completed strategic leadership training at the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy.
