Katie Baker

Katie Baker is an experienced sports professional currently serving as the Sporting Director for USA Curling since July 2022. Baker has held various significant roles within the United States Olympic Committee since July 2011, including Sport Performance Manager and Associate Director of USOPC Paralympic Sport Performance. Prior to these positions, Baker coached the Head Girls Swim Team at Coronado High School from October 2010 to February 2018 and managed the National Teams Program for USA Triathlon from November 1999 to July 2011. Additional coaching experience includes a role with the Colorado Springs Swim Team from January 2004 to May 2010. Baker holds a Master’s degree in Sport Management from the University of Northern Colorado and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington.
