Rahsaan Bahati

Rahsaan Bahati is a prominent figure in the cycling community, serving as the Founder of the Bahati Foundation, which focuses on the health and education of inner-city youth through Cycling Outreach and GIVEBACK programs since March 2010. Bahati has built the largest cycling club in North America with 10,000 members and currently holds the position of Owner/Advisor Head of Athlete Strategy at StadioBike, a new cycling discipline launched in November 2023. Experience includes roles as Estimator at Factory Collision, Investor at Wâhiwater, and Principal at Methods to Winning LLC, where Bahati provides coaching services. As the Owner of Bahati Racing since 1999, Bahati has developed a brand emphasizing coaching, mentoring, and product development for cycling apparel. Previous positions also include Social Impact Manager at Zwift and DEI Board Member for USA Cycling, demonstrating a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion within the sport. Education includes a high school diploma from Crenshaw High School and studies in Telecommunications at Indiana University Bloomington.
