Shayne Gaffney

Shayne Gaffney is an experienced professional currently serving as the Vice President of Product and Engineering at Highwire since December 2022, where leadership in product and engineering teams has focused on scalable systems and user experience. With a strong background in product management, Shayne has successfully led initiatives at Highwire and previously at Zwift, where responsibilities included creating innovative training programs and enhancing user engagement. Additionally, as the Head Coach & Founder of GC Coaching, Shayne has developed unique training approaches for client fitness goals. Further expertise includes coaching certifications from USA Cycling, nutrition coaching with Precision Nutrition, and extensive experience in physical therapy and rehabilitation. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Grand Canyon University and an Associate of Science in Physical Therapy from North Shore Community College.
