Phil Andrews

Phil Andrews is a Chief Executive Officer at USA Fencing, where Phil has implemented a culture change program and addressed operational and cultural issues to promote safety. Phil has also held various leadership roles in organizations such as USA Weightlifting, Ibero American Weightlifting Federation, and the International Weightlifting Federation. Andrews has a background in event management, having worked at the University of East London during the 2012 Olympics. Phil is also involved in mental health advocacy through their role at Let's Empower, Advocate, and Do, Inc. (LEAD).
