Robert Gruich

Robert Gruich is a Senior Embedded System Engineer at USA Firmware since February 2023, bringing extensive experience in embedded firmware development and RF design, including BLE, Wi-Fi, 4G LTE CAT-1, LoRA, and Sub GHz ISM. Prior to this role, Robert served as a Senior Electrical Engineer at AVID Technologies, Inc. from July 2007 to February 2023, where responsibilities included wireless power R&D and analog design. Earlier positions included Electrical Engineer and Associate Electrical Engineer, focusing on battery charger applications and schematic entry. Robert began their career as an Electrical Engineering Intern at The Ridge Tool Company from 2004 to 2006, working on battery performance characterization and developing production test equipment. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Akron, earned in June 2007.
