Beth Turner

Beth Turner is a seasoned managing partner at SV Angel since June 2017, specializing in early-stage investments for notable companies including OpenAI and Airbnb. Concurrently serving on the Board of Directors for USA for UNHCR, Turner co-founded and chairs the Humanitarian Coalition, engaging next-generation philanthropists to support the organization's mission. Previous experience includes managing director at Premier Ascent Capital, where Turner focused on seed stage funding, and operations and business development at The Pangea Network, an international non-profit dedicated to empowering women and youth. Turner has also held various roles in business development and research, including positions at Adaptly, Netafim, and MIT's Theoretical Physics Laboratory, culminating in a strong foundation in engineering and physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
