Rachel Mbinda has extensive experience in program management and human rights, currently serving as Chargée de programme Genre et droits humains at Americans for UNFPA and as NPO at UNFPA Tchad since February 2013. Prior to these roles, Rachel held the position of Conseiller de la Republique at the Conseil Economique, Social et Culturel from January 2007 to February 2013, where responsibilities included advising on government programs and serving as rapporteur in the Health and Social Affairs commission. Rachel holds a Master 2 in Ingénierie de développement local from CIEDEL/Université catholique de Lyon (2004-2006) and a Licence es lettres in English language from Université de N'Djaména (1992-1996).
