Madelyn Hart Mpa

Madelyn Hart, MPA, is an experienced professional in outreach and event management, currently serving as an Outreach Specialist at USA Waste & Recycling since April 2023. Prior to this role, Madelyn was an Event Manager at Big Fish Promotions LLC for five years, where responsibilities included representing the organization at recruitment events and developing a training program for new staff.
