Mark Hilberg

Mark Hilberg has held various roles in information technology and education throughout their career. Mark is currently serving as the Senior Director of Information Technology at USA Hockey since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus, starting in August 2017. Mark also served as the Director of Applications and Support at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs from August 2019 to August 2022. Before that, they held the position of Assistant Director of Technology Services at the University of Maryland, starting in September 2016 and ending in August 2019. Mark has also worked as a Director of Information Technology at ARCADIS, a Senior Program Coordinator at the Center For Talented Youth (Johns Hopkins University), a Part-time Faculty at Stevenson University, and a Manager at Systems Alliance, Inc. Mark'scareer began at Random House, Inc. as the Director of Distribution and Transportation Systems, where they worked from January 1996 to April 2000.

Mark Hilberg has a Master of Science degree in Information Technology from Stevenson University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems, also from Stevenson University. Mark has obtained additional certifications in ITIL® Foundation 4 First Look from LinkedIn in 2019 and as a Support Center Manager from the Help Desk Institute in 2007.
