The Sports Science and Development team at USA Hockey focuses on enhancing player performance and safety through evidence-based strategies and specialized training. The Director of Sports Science oversees research and implementation of best practices, the Ice Hockey Official ensures adherence to rules and regulations, and the Goalie Development Coordinator (GDC) provides targeted training and resources for goalie skill advancement. Together, they aim to elevate the overall standard of the sport across all levels in the United States.
