Bill Gajda

Bill Gajda currently serves as the Director of Operational Excellence at USA Millwork since May 2021, focusing on long-term improvements across all locations while managing interim operations at the Atlanta site. Previously, Gajda held leadership positions including General Manager of the Woodworking Business Unit at American Display & Fixture and Market Manager for Store Fixtures at Genesis Products. Additional experience includes roles as Project Manager/Plant Manager at Fred Smith Store Fixtures Inc., and Vice President of Strategic Sourcing and Operations at idX Corporation. Gajda began a significant tenure at Bourne Industries Inc. as General Manager, contributing from April 1989 to June 2010. Gajda holds a degree from the University of Michigan.
