Andy Garcia

Andy Garcia has over twelve years of experience in the petroleum/petrochemical/construction industries as a safety professional. From 2002 to 2006, they worked as a Site Safety Manager for Stacon International. During this time, they were responsible for implementing safety programs, assisting line foremen in planning or conducting weekly/daily safety meetings, conducting training sessions, ensuring safety standards were applied and adhered to, maintaining prescribed records, and providing and/or administering first aid and medical attention and case management. From 2006 to 2015, they worked as a Site Safety Supervisor for Maintenance Enterprises Inc. In this role, they were responsible for similar duties as their previous role. Since 2015, they have been working as a Sales Representative for USA Mobile Drug Testing and USA Mobile Drug Testing of Houston. In this role, they help employers and workers ensure a safe, drug and alcohol free environment by providing the most convenient and cost-effective way to test for alcohol and drugs in the workplace.

Andy Garcia attended San Jacinto College to pursue a Medical Assistant/HSE degree. Andy also obtained a CSST Construction Site Safety Technician certification.
