Debbie Schou

Debbie Schou has extensive experience in the mortgage industry, currently serving as Vice President of Underwriting and Operations Manager at USA Mortgage since March 2016, where support is provided to branches and management of the company pipeline is emphasized to meet deadlines. Prior to this, Debbie contributed to Cornerstone Mortgage from 2013 to August 2016, playing a key role in opening a new branch and managing operations. Earlier career experience includes working at USA Mortgage as a Mortgage Loan Processor from August 2007 to March 2013, where assistance was given to loan officers in structuring loans and ensuring smooth processes. Debbie began the mortgage career at Plaza Mortgage Group as a Mortgage Loan Officer from March 2001 to October 2006.
