Tim Spencer

Tim Spencer is the Senior Vice President of Mortgage Technology for DAS Acquisition Company, LLC.

He has been in the mortgage industry since 2007 and has worked at USA Mortgage since 2015. His time in the industry has seen him work as a Mortgage Loan Originator, a Mortgage Loan Originator Assistant, an Appraisal Compliance manager, and most recently, as a manager of our software platforms.

He received his Bachelors of Arts degree in History with an emphasis in extra-curricular activities from Truman State University in May of 2004. While he couldn’t have picked a career that is any farther removed from his major, the experience and friendships that he made during his time in school have helped shape him into who he is today.
