Currently serving as an Assistant Manager at both USA Parking System and Thompson Miami Beach since July 2015, Ralph oversees all aspects of parking operations, including services and rates, while anticipating the impact of events on parking operations in the absence of the parking manager. Previous roles include Assistant Manager positions at USA Parking System/Soho Beach House and USA Parking System, where responsibilities included ensuring client satisfaction, account performance, and leading high-quality service delivery. Earlier, Ralph served as a Shift Supervisor and Overnight Ramp Supervisor at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, focusing on operational oversight, client interaction, and maintaining service standards. Ralph Lewis is an alumnus of Locke High School.
