Chris Kelley

Chris Kelley has over 18 years of experience in the finance and real estate sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Project Finance at USA Properties Fund, Inc. since April 2012, Chris oversees critical financial operations. Prior to this role, Chris held various positions at PulteGroup, including Assistant Land Project Manager and Senior Land Accountant, from April 2005 to April 2012. Additionally, Chris worked as a Registered Financial Services Representative at Etrade Financial for a brief period in late 2004. Chris Kelley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting Information Systems from California State University-Sacramento between 2001 and 2004.
