Kimberly Tenold

Kimberly Tenold has extensive experience in asset management and property administration, primarily with USA Properties Fund, Inc. since 1998, where Kimberly currently serves as Corporate Asset Manager and holds the title of Assistant Vice President. Prior to this role, Kimberly worked at USA Multifamily Management, Inc. from March 1998 to January 2011 as Vice President of Property Administration, demonstrating a strong background in overseeing multifamily property operations and enhancing asset performance.
