Rodger Fleming

Rodger Fleming has extensive experience in athletic training and massage therapy, currently serving as an Athletic Trainer and Massage Therapist at USA Racquetball since December 2021 in a PRN role. Since August 2011, Fleming has been with Body Awareness Performance + Therapy, providing massage therapy through a sports medicine perspective. Previous roles include Head Athletic Trainer at Fort Valley State University and Central Georgia Technical College, as well as Certified Athletic Trainer at Stratford Academy, where an ACL prevention program was implemented. Fleming has also worked with the Tampa Bay Devil Rays and Arizona Diamondbacks as a Minor League Athletic Trainer, earning the Minor League Athletic Trainer of the Year award in 2004. Education includes a Certificate in Massage Therapy from API and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Athletic Training from The University of Toledo.
