John Clark is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the construction and insurance industries. As the Founder and Executive Chairman of USA Renovations since December 2009, John has led a mission-driven team focused on enhancing client communication and providing high-quality specialty services. John founded ProsRent, where innovative solutions for sourcing and managing construction rental equipment were developed, culminating in a successful M&A exit in February 2023. Serving as a Strategic Advisor for Remote Roofing in 2022, John applied 15 years of expertise in construction management and insurance claims to promote transparency and data-driven decisions in roofing assessments. Additionally, John founded the John Clark Agency, which prioritized identifying coverage gaps to mitigate financial risk, achieving a successful M&A exit in December 2020.
