Andrew Suniula is an experienced sports coach and rugby consultant, currently serving as a Sports Coach for the Austin Gilgronis since November 2019 and as a Member of Congress for USA Rugby since February 2018. Operating as an independent consultant since January 2017, Andrew focuses on enhancing rugby development through tailored coaching and sharing extensive knowledge. Their prior roles include General Manager and Team Manager for Austin Herd, Regional Manager at Atavus Rugby & Football, and Coach for Chicago Griffins Rugby. As a professional athlete, Andrew has represented the USA Eagles in over 50 international matches, including two Rugby World Cups. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration from Auckland University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from The University of Auckland, with ongoing studies at the University of New England.

Established in 1975, USA Rugby is the governing body for the sport of rugby in the United States and a Full Sport Member of the United States Olympic Committee. Currently headquartered in Glendale, Colorado, USA Rugby is charged with developing the game on all levels and has more than 100,000 active members across the Youth, High School, College and Senior Club level.
