Charlie Purdon

Charlie Purdon is an accomplished rugby coach and educator with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Women's 7s Technical & IDP skills coach for USA Rugby and the Head Rugby Coach at the University of San Diego, Charlie also co-founded and directs PERRY BAKER RUGBY CAMPS, focusing on skill development for aspiring players. Additional coaching experience includes leading the Academy and Community initiatives for San Diego Legion and serving as U-18 Head Coach for LA Giltinis. As an author, Charlie published the 'Rugby Simplified' book series aimed at beginner coaches, players, and parents. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts from Nelson Mandela University and a Certificate in Financial Management from the University of Cape Town.
